Our Culture
To practice care at JABEL is to choose, every visit, the slower craft. We are not staffing agency; we are a small studio of caregivers who arrive on time, learn the household by name, and stay long enough to be missed when they go.
The work asks for dignity at the small scale — the tone of a greeting, the patience for an unhurried morning, the memory of how the tea is taken.
