By accessing the JABEL Healthcare Services Inc. website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Nature of Services
JABEL provides non-medical home care, including companionship, respite, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and wellness support. We do not provide medication administration, clinical assessments, or any regulated health profession services.
3. Eligibility & Service Area
Our services are offered to families residing in Barrie and the broader Simcoe County region of Ontario. All caregivers complete a Vulnerable Sector Check prior to placement.
4. Consultations & Bookings
Submitting an intake or consultation request does not create a binding service agreement. A signed care plan is required before services commence. Cancellation and scheduling terms are outlined in your individual care agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, and the JABEL wordmark and emblem — is the property of JABEL Healthcare Services Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. JABEL Healthcare Services Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from website use. Service-related obligations are governed exclusively by your signed care agreement.
